All applicants must be members of a Hillsborough PTSA and must be graduating from a Hillsborough County high school.

The Community Roundtable has accepted donations for a scholarship fund benefiting a local student dedicated to community service in addition to their academic accomplishments.
The candidate must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 • Applicants must reside in Hillsborough County • The applicant's household income must fall within 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)

Be enrolled full time as a high school junior in the United States • Exhibit a strong commitment to pursue and complete a bachelor’s degree at an accredited non-profit public or private institution in the United States Demonstrate critical financial need ($55,000 or lower AGI)
